Before a resident moves in, we complete a full walkthrough to inspect the apartment. Any needed repairs such as carpet, paint, drywall, flooring, fixtures, or lighting are addressed, and the apartment is professionally cleaned by a licensed and insured vendor before you arrive.
Yes. Our maintenance team is available on site to assist with service requests and repairs.
Please submit a work order through the resident portal on our website. You may also email our office staff if that is more convenient.
Emergency issues are typically responded to within 1 hour. Standard work orders are usually completed within 72 hours after they are received.
No. You do not need to be present for a service technician to perform the work.
We do not offer lockout services. Please contact a local locksmith to regain access and provide the office with a copy of the new key if one is created.
Yes. You are welcome to decorate your apartment as long as any changes comply with your lease agreement.
